Easy cheesecake recipe:
1 (3 oz.) Jello (you favorite flavor, maybe lemon, or even neutral)
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla (no worries if you havent got it)
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (I always use Philadelphia)
1 cup Cool Whip (optional but helps)
1/2 cup Graham Crumbs (or just royally banged up digestive biscuits)
Dissolve the Jello in hot water, leave until well cooled. Blend in cream cheese and start adding sugar and vanilla. Add Jello. Remove from blender and fold in Cool Whip. Now spread some butter on the bottom of a pan (spring if you have one) and spread the crumbs. Then pour the cheese/jello mixture and leave in fridge for about 5 hours. Done! Enjoy :)
