As large as the 360's library is, I have to admit there isn't much there that I'm interested in playing. Meaning, stuff that isn't also available on the PS3 anyway. Also, there's no way I'd want to give up my Blu-ray player! 360 is fine if you ONLY want a game system, but I wanted more of an "all-in-one" system to bring us into the HD age. So, PS3 was the clear choice for that. Basically the same reason I bought a PS2 back in the day - to play new games AND have my first DVD player. The PS3 is actually quite cheap, considering everything it can do.

I like the 360 more at this point.sure, I want to play mgs4,haze,resistance etc. but 360 has a humongus library of games.but when the PS3 is cheaper I will consider owning that as well as the 360.
