* I am a single mom. My son is 21 and married now but I am still THE MOM.
* I am expecting my first grandbaby in November, 2009. Woo Hoo!!
* I like to laugh, (often), with friends or commiserate with them; whatever they, or I, may need at the time.
* I have a quick temper for the most part, but it never lasts long.
* I am the oldest of 6 children and grew up on a little 5 acre farm in the Utah Desert.
* I learned to play the Piano, although I'm not very good at it. I played the Flute in my high school band, and can do a little bit with just about any woodwind instrument. I would like to learn how to play the Guitar and the Great Harp.
* I have been described by my co workers as a porcupine. Prickly and intimidating on the outside, but soft hearted and friendly on the inside. I guess I have to agree with their assessment.
* My sense of humor runs toward the sarcastic, so I may appear to be mean when I am not intending to be. However, if I feel the need, I will give you a piece of my mind and you had best take heed.
* I am not what one would call religious/churchy, and I see no need to be. Since God is Omnipotent, I don't have to go to church every Sunday to remember God or to talk to God or to remind God that I exist. I always know where God is and God always knows where I am.

Actually, to be honest, I am afraid of TV. Once I get hooked on some stupid show(s), I will spend all my time sitting on my ass watching the TV, eating ice cream or other fattening foods, I will get nothing done and I will gain weight!
