Cebu – or “Sugbo” as it was once called – maybe the Philippine’s second international gateway, but it has managed to retain its rustic charm and colorful traditions. The island is also famous for its incredible dive locations and pristine beaches. Beyond the city’s limits, visitors can choose from a vast array of diving destinations.
