Thanks everyone for taking the time to listen to these tunes. Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy 2010. Dec. 31 will be my last official "weekend warrior" gig after 45 years. I'm looking forward to staying home on weekends...so I can record more of these sillys songs for you to listen to. ha ha ha :)

Thanks L2D ... you mean the "Mohanna With Red Shoes" group ?? Long story made short .... Spoken by an oriental person... RICH HUGHES comes out sounding like RED SHOES (kind of) .... 1965 .. Offutt Air Base in Omaha... NCO club... people came back and said... "ah, nice to see you again REH SHOOSE" It is a name that has nic-name that has stuck since then. A POINT OF INTEREST.... the piano player in the group at that time that started calling me Red Shoes after he heard that oriental person try to say my name is now the music director of the world famous group Manhiem Steamroller ...out of Omaha. I'm afraid I did not follow that same path of fame :)
