Biography
On Nov. 5, 1995 Joe Wyrostek was powerfully saved from a life of crime and drugs at the age of 18 when his mother led him to faith and repentance in Jesus Christ. He then whole-heartedly gave his life over to God and His call into full time ministry.

From 1996-1998 Joe went to Bible College in New Orleans and graduated with an A.A. in Church Planting. Then from 1998-2003 Joe pastored an inner city church he had started in his house.

There in New Orleans Joe and his team saw 100’s of people both young and old receive the gift of God’s great salvation, performed over 75 outreaches, gave away over 40,000 lbs of food, brought over 50 men and women off the streets, started an urban Master’s Commission with 7 students, raised over $100,000 a year for the ministry with 4 full time staff members, and held the largest weekly inner city youth services in New Orleans, with over a 100 in attendance from 9 different neighborhoods.

The church grew to over 30 adults and 100 students, with over 500 children being reached with sidewalk Sunday schools. Metro Praise New Orleans saw God move in the French Quarter and in 9 different low-income neighborhoods. Today the fruit still remains.

After Joe felt lead to merge the church with another pastor he went to work in Chicago as a student ministries pastor from 2003-2004. Over the next 9 months God graced Joe to take the youth ministry from 70 to 150 students, start a college and career ministry with 6 people and grow it to over 50 young adults and to start a Master’s Commission with 7 students.

After doing what God sent him to do as a student pastor Joe resigned and started his 2nd church by the grace of God in March of 2005, Metro Praise Chicago. Today Joe is 30 years old with over 11 years of pastoral/evangelistic experience and lives with his beautiful wife Nancy in Chicago and they together pastor Metro Praise.

quick question: is there a way you can deliver your message 7 days a week instead of 2?

No, I don't have to answer any of your questions to falsify your nonsense about "intelligent design". I you posit something as a scientific "fact", and REAL science cotradicts your supposition, and you have already been informed in the past about your error, yet you still persist, then you are in effect a liar.

If you make an absurd claim and back it up with a video from an organization whose message you don't even understand, you have already lost. I don't have to prove the negative.

Let's say you find a car in your driveway, and your religious neigbor says Jesus put it there. Is his claim true until you've shown otherwise?

The bottom line is that ID has nothing to do with real science. It is a pathetic attempt by people who already know what they believe and won't be swayed by anything to justify their belief in magic. There is NO scientific evidence pointing to a creator, which is what you really mean by intelligent design.

Religion and science are in different domains. They have absolutely nothing to do with each other. If you want to believe your fairy tales, fine, but don't try to drag science into you intellectual cesspool. At least make some attempt to understand what science is.

God is Spirit. Our universe is created. The creation is what happens when God say “Let there be…” They will die unsatisfied chasing the depths of His creation; there is not enough time to fully understand it. They intend to neuter God however in the process they will forfeit their lives. In the presents of His love they reject the only rescue available, only to open their eyes to the then unchangeable reality of their decisions. Seek Him while He may be found…

You still have the misinformation on your profile page about a Discovery Institute propaganda piece on intelligent design (which they advocate) being some sort of "scientific proof" of creation, by which you mean the biblical creation myth. If you don't know what "science" means, you have no right to appropriate the word and abuse it.

Paul Nelson was quoted in that video. In Touchstone Magazine [7/8 (2004): pp 64 – 65], he said:

"Easily the biggest challenge facing the ID community is to develop a full-fledged theory of biological design. We don’t have such a theory right now, and that’s a problem. Without a theory, it’s very hard to know where to direct your research focus. Right now, we’ve got a bag of powerful intuitions, and a handful of notions such as ‘irreducible complexity’ and ‘specified complexity’-but, as yet, no general theory of biological design."

But faith to you obviously has no relationship to truth, so I'm sure you'll just blindly naysay all of the above, since there's nothing scientific you can lean on.

Or be honest and remove the words "scientific proof." It's your call.

It amazes me that there are such things as “Health Food” stores. You would think that all food markets would sell healthy foods, but they don’t. In like manner, not all who “say” Jesus, are “of” Jesus. I find this ministry to be among the healthiest Jesus food sources on Stickam. Bless you guys…

The Evolution Delusion Evolution over billions of years never happened. The Earth is only a few thousand years old. Here's a few reasons why. The sun has shown a significant decrease in size (about 1% of its mass every 1000 years) and accurate data is available going back 400 years. More than 10,000 years ago the Earth had it existed would have been quite uninhabitable. The Earth's magnetic field has also significantly decreased on an expotential curve over the last few thousand years. About 100,000 years ago the surface of the planet would have been similar to being inside a microwave oven, again, quite uninhabitable. Finally, the speed of light has decreased (CDK). At the point of creation 6,000 years ago, it was 200 million times faster than it is today. Radio metric dating relies on a constant speed of light. When you apply a CDK correction factor to radio metric dating results, all those fossils that claim to be millions of years old, are actually just a few thousand years old. CDK also explains why the patriachs lived to such great ages, and why we don't today. Average life spans today are one tenth of what they were when the speed of light was very much faster in the past. Don't stay deluded, get enlightened and go to www.redsky.uk.net and visit the top secret page.

Hey there. Evil spirits do exist. I have often been used in deliverances and have witnessed them first hand through discernment, through having heard them and through having seen them. When I was called to this ministry three years ago, I had a visit from from lucifer himself who appeared in my bedroom. In the name of Jesus, I commanded him to a place of divine appointment, he laughed and said "It's not my time yet" then he turned around walked away and disappeared.

Evil Spirits do not exist. Anger and evil are all based on ones own personal state of mind. You should really read the book "The Origin of Satan" It discusses how the image of Satan or "Lucifer" made a transition from Judaic demonization of other cultures into a New testament figure. The characters obviously only exist in the minds of ancient peoples...and are not actually real. Humans today have come to blame evil spirits for their own personal shortcomings. Which I mean come on..it much easier than taking responsibility for your own actions.
